Health & Safety: It is interesting to consider the unsafe practices which can be seen in the photograph, which were at that time considered to be acceptable, but which now would be breaches of H&S Regulations, and lead to legal action if seen by the HSE.-
- Lack of any proper working access to the top of the wall shuttering;
- Hard hats not worn;
- Ladder not secured at the bottom and possibly not secured at the top either.
